When will my order ship?
All orders placed by 3:00PM EST Mon.-Fri. will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00PM will ship the following day. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. If you required expedited shipping, please call us toll free at 1-800-771-9645.
How do I track my order?
You will first receive an automatic e-mail receipt referencing your purchase order number. Please keep this for your records. Your electronic receipt will include details such as billing and shipping address, amount paid, shipping method, and other specific order information.
Next, we will process your order and send a second e-mail referencing your tracking number(s). If your order is placed before 3:00PM ET you will receive your tracking number the same day. Tracking numbers are sent automatically from our UPS interface, so be on the lookout for an email from QuantumView with the subject line "UPS Ship Notification".
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart where you can enter your zip code to review exact costs for shipping the item(s) to you.
What is your Return Policy?
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your X8 Djembe purchase. We will refund 100% of the X8 Drums cost if you are not satisfied with your Djembe (or djembe accessory) for any reason. If unsatisfied, you will have to notify X8 Drums using our Return Notification Form within 30 business days of the purchase date and return the goods in the original package without damage. We will refund your money after we receive the goods in the original package without damage. You will only be responsible for shipping charges.
How do I Return an Item?
If you have an item that you would like to return, please read the Return Policy information above, then inform us using Return Notification Form. We will then contact you with return instructions.
My order never arrived.
If you received your tracking numbers via email, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact the shipping company's customer service department for assistance.
If you need more assistance, contact us (via email or use the live chat button please). Please note that the online shipment notices on the UPS and USPS websites are delayed, you may need to wait 8 hours or more for their tracking information to update.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Contact us if you need to edit or cancel your order (via email or use the live chat button please). Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, you'll need to wait until the item has been delivered and then return / exchange it.
How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?
